A new point based immigration system effective 01st January 2021.
As the free movement ends on 31st December 2020 the new points based system will apply to all non-UK nationals.
It is of paramount importance for Employers that do not have a Sponsor License apply for one. in order to qualify for a UK work visa, the applicant must obtain 70 points.
The table below details how to obtain these 70 points
Out of 70 points 50 points are mandatory and non-tradeable. The balance 20 points can be attained by fulling the different attributes as detailed below:
